The Vriesea 'Albertina Maroon' is a spectacular bromeliad, known for its deep red to burgundy, almost velvety floral bract that contrasts beautifully with its foliage.
Its strap-shaped leaves form an elegant rosette, often light to medium green, sometimes subtly marked with patterns depending on light conditions.

This variety stands out for its tropical and sophisticated look, perfect for bringing a lasting splash of color to any interior. Like all vrieseas, the inflorescence can last for several months, although the small yellow flowers that emerge between the bracts are more ephemeral. Do not cut damaged leaves, as these protect the offsets that will take over.

Non-toxic to animals.
