Delivery/Pickup Information

When confirming your order online, you have two options.

Once the order is confirmed, we will contact you within the next 48 hours to schedule an appointment to pick up your products. 

In the situation where the appointment is not honoured, we will contact you to schedule another pick-up time with conditions to be respected. It is important to follow the instructions in the email, otherwise your order may be canceled. 

*Please join us at info@vegetaldesignqc.com, if you are not available on Sundays. We will be happy to find a convenient time to pick up your order according to your schedule.

LOCAL DELIVERY:  The price varies according to the delivery distance. 

  • Less than 5 km: Delivery charge of 5$.
  • Between 5 km and 10 km:  delivery charge 10$.
  • Between 10 km and 20 km: Delivery charge of 15$.
  • Between 20 km and 30 km: Delivery charge of 20$ and a minimum order of 50$ is required.
  • Between 30 km and 40 km: Delivery charge of 25$ and a minimum order of 75$ is required.

Once the order has been confirmed, we will contact you within the next 48 hours to schedule an appointment for delivery. 

After choosing your delivery time slot, a confirmation email will be sent to you.   

During transport, we guarantee the protection of your plants against all bad weather. Our packaging is custom-made to ensure the quality of your products during the delivery. When we have arrived at the destination address, you are fully responsible for receiving your products.

POSTAL DELIVERY - EXPRESS: Available in Quebec only.

Shipping costs are 25$ per order (excluding remote areas). Additional charges may apply for orders weighing more than the standard. We will contact you if necessary.

Once the order is confirmed, we will ship the package to the delivery address indicated. Make sure the delivery address is complete and contains no errors. If an incorrect delivery address is entered, we are not held responsible and cannot refund the order. Even if the plants are returned to us, we cannot refund your order because live products are perishable.

In case of absence, you have 2 days to collect your plant from the location designated by Canada Post. If you are unable to collect your plants within the stated time frame, we are not responsible for the condition of your plants and cannot refund the order.

Your order will be ready to ship within 3 to 7 business days. Orders are sent every Monday and Tuesday. Delivery is made within 24 hours - 48 hours by Canada Post.

In cold weather, all orders are sent with a 72h HEATPACK (thermal pouch). We reserve the right to withhold orders if weather conditions are unfavorable for the survival of your plants (heatwave or extreme cold).

Remote areas - We reserve the right to cancel your order, if the delivery time does not guarantee the survival of your plants. In cold weather, all orders to the Magdalen Islands will be canceled and refunded.
