one is weak and the other is white and mauve.

I received two mauve color african violets. And I do not know why:
1. is fully mauve and even if I am taking care of both of them , it has small and weak leaves.
2. is white and mauve color. but very healthy and strong.

Hello,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback.

We're sorry to hear that one of your African violets appears weaker than the other. Even when two plants are the same variety, each one is unique and can naturally differ in vigor, growth rate, and even flower coloration.

The plant with the smaller, weaker leaves may simply have experienced a bit more stress during shipping or is taking a little longer to adjust to its new environment. With proper light, careful watering, and a little time, it should hopefully regain its strength.

Since the blooms had not opened yet when we shipped the plants, it's possible that one of them was mistakenly tagged with the wrong flower color. We sincerely apologize if both plants were expected to be fully purple and one turned out to be white and mauve instead.

Again, we're very sorry for the mix-up, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
We'd be happy to take a closer look and let you know whether everything appears normal or if there's anything that needs attention.

Merci mille fois!!
