A succulent with impressive flowering. Indeed, its large, yellow to reddish-brown striped flower, shaped like a starfish, emits a rotting meat odor to attract pollinating flies. Rest assured, the odor is noticeable up close but is not overpowering in a ventilated room. The stems are fleshy, angular, green to reddish, resembling cacti (without thorns). It can reach a height of 10 to 30 cm.
Non-toxic to animals.
