A houseplant classic. Also called a peace lily, for its white, half-moon shaped flowers. The Domino variety has cream-variegated foliage. Its long, lance-shaped leaves communicate its needs. Indeed, when the Spathiphyllum lacks water, its leaves quickly lose their tone. A plant that grows in the shade of trees in humid tropical forests. Spathiphyllum is highly valued for its tolerance to low light. To promote its growth and inflorescence, it prefers high ambient humidity and bright indirect light.
