Senecio is a succulent with long stems that can reach over a meter in length. In its natural habitat, it is a creeping plant. As a houseplant, it is appreciated in a hanging pot with its gracefully trailing stems. The 'Purple Flush' variety has purple stems adorned with small, light green oval beads. This plant needs high light to maintain its growth. In spring, small yellow flowers appear. During winter, from December to the end of February, it enjoys a resting period with reduced light, ambient temperature, and watering frequency. This resting period promotes its flowering.
