A lovely rockery succulent, it tolerates dry, poor soil. The 'Donkey's Tail' variety has a dense habit, with small, fleshy, elongated green leaves that are very close together. It bears several small, upright stems and becomes semi-creeping. It is highly valued for its adaptation to moderate light. To promote its growth and vibrant color, it is recommended to install it in bright light. Its stems also work well in a hanging pot.
