With its huge, silver-textured leaves that shimmer in the light, the Scindapsus Exotica has it all. It's also a very vigorous plant that adapts to any environment. For a plant from a tropical rainforest, it's surprisingly resistant to the dry air in our homes during winter. However, to promote rapid growth and large, attractive leaves, it's best to provide a humid atmosphere at all times. This plant is very sensitive to overwatering, which can cause root rot. Avoid leaving water in the saucer and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings.
