This peperomia is very popular as a decorative plant. Its compact habit and small heart-shaped leaves match any decor. The 'Luna Grey' variety has textured foliage in varying shades of green, gray and burgundy. In addition, colored varieties resist the sun better than the all-green variety. Peperomias fear excess water and prefer to be cramped in their pot.
