Kalanchoe blossfeldiana ‘Automnale’ is highly valued for its vibrant, seasonal blooms. Like all succulents, it stores water in its fleshy, shiny, deep green leaves. Its distinctive feature is its autumn-toned flowering, typically varying between burnt orange, coppery red, amber, and sometimes yellow or brown shades, reminiscent of warm autumn colors. The flowers are grouped in small, dense clusters, forming a compact bouquet above the foliage. Flowering is long and abundant, lasting several weeks, especially in autumn and winter, when the plant benefits from shorter days (it is a photoperiodic plant).
