Hoya Mathilde is a hybrid between Hoya carnosa (robust and floriferous) and Hoya serpens (compact and hairy), this cultivar combines the best of both worlds. A climbing plant unique in its flowering and the color of its foliage. The 'Mathilde' variety has small, round to oval leaves, speckled with silver and slightly downy. Its small flowers White to pale pink, they have a sweet, sweet fragrance. However, they rarely flower before they are 2 years old. To encourage flowering, it is recommended to place them in a bright room and to reduce the frequency of repotting. They like to be kept close together in their pot.
