Also called Valentine Hoya or Sweetheart Hoya due to its thick, heart-shaped green leaves. There are two common forms:

"Single leaf" form: a single heart planted in the pot. Very decorative and can develop a vine with a lot of patience.

Vining form: a stem with several heart leaves — this one grows normally and can become a long vine.
Non-toxic to animals.

- Spring to fall: Let half of the soil dry out between waterings.
- Winter: Let the soil dry out completely between waterings.
- Ambient humidity: Moderate.
- Soil type: Light and well-drained.

- Orientation: Southeast, west, or 1 m from a south-facing window.
- Growth: Medium.
- Temperature: Warm.
- Summer: between 15°C and 29°C.
