Dragon fruit comes from an epiphytic cactus, Selenicereus Undatus. It develops by long, very branched vines. Following the fertilization of the large white flowers, with a vanilla scent, the fruit appears, the pitaya. When the plant is grown indoors, it is rarer to see fruit production. Despite this, this cactus is a magnificent specimen to maintain for its habit and foliage.
