A new, highly sought-after variety on the market, Ficus Elastica Shivereana Moonshine is very popular for its variegated white, green, and cream foliage. New leaves appear slightly pinkish. Avoid exposing it to strong direct sunlight, which could damage its foliage.
Caution: Handle with care! This plant contains latex, which can cause irritation on contact with skin and eyes. Risk of toxicity if ingested by animals.

- Spring to autumn: Allow the top third of the soil to dry out between waterings.
- Winter: Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings.
- Ambient humidity: Moderate.
- Soil type: Rich, but very well-draining.
- Avoid water remaining in the saucer.
- Light: Moderate to high.
- Orientation: East, west, or slightly away from a south-facing window.
- Growth: Slow.
- Temperature: Warm, never below 12°C, and avoid drafts.
