Also called Dwarf Fig Tree because of its small oval leaves and small size. Ficus Pumila is a climbing species of the Moraceae family. Indeed, its small aerial roots secrete a translucent latex that hardens when dried, allowing the stems to adhere to their support. Its secondary roots or tendrils also allow it to cling to any surface. A fast-growing plant that thrives in a terrarium, on a stake or in a hanging basket. However, like most Ficus, it is important to water it regularly. Too little or too much water may cause its leaves to drop.
