Also called rubber plant for the appearance of its thick, shiny foliage. The Ruby variety offers a subtle shade of pink to your decor. The new leaves are rolled into a red sheath and its variegated foliage gives it a unique look. Due to the size of the leaves, it is important to clean them regularly to avoid an accumulation of dust. Like all fig trees, it doesn't like to be moved! From the same family, the elastica variety is one of the easiest to maintain.
