The Episcia cupreata 'Strawberry Fields', also called the flame violet or copper leaf plant, is a magnificent tropical plant, a cousin to African violets.

It is distinguished by its velvety foliage with pink, coppery and greenish reflections, sometimes crossed by silvery veins. Its shiny, textured leaves spectacularly catch the light. During its flowering period, it produces small red tubular flowers, which contrast beautifully with its lush foliage.

Under optimal growing conditions, it can bloom all year round. It is recommended to water it by soaking, as it does not appreciate water touching its leaves. Also, remove withered leaves and pinch stems to encourage dense and compact growth.

Non-toxic to animals.
