Drosera Capensis has long green leaves covered in red glands that secrete sticky mucilage to catch insects. From May to October, it can produce a magenta-colored bloom. A carnivorous plant considered one of the easiest to care for. Indeed, unlike Dionaea and Sarracenia, the winter dormancy period is not essential. However, to keep it year-round, it needs a bright location at all times. It is important to water it with demineralized water, which can be purchased at the pharmacy, or with rainwater. Melted snow works very well too!
