The Dracaena marginata is distinguished by its long, thin leaves. It brings a tropical touch with its faux palm tree look. The Bicolor variety is differentiated by its coloring, the elongated leaves are streaked with pink, green and white. Its growth is slow, but it can reach up to 3 m in height. Although it tolerates subdued light, it is recommended to place it in bright light to promote its growth and shine. Also, it is preferable to reduce its frequency of repotting, because it likes to be cramped in its pot.
