Often confused with the Christmas cactus. However, as its name suggests, the Easter cactus blooms in spring, while the Christmas cactus blooms in winter. Also, their inflorescence is very different. The Easter cactus bears a star-like flower. An epiphytic succulent that grows in the tropical rainforest. Flowering appears in March or April and continues for several weeks.
