Microsorum thailandicum, also sometimes called the blue fern of Thailand, is a rare and very decorative fern. It is particularly appreciated for the metallic tint of its foliage. Indeed, their particularity is their iridescent blue-green color, almost metallic, which sometimes recalls the shine of the wings of certain butterflies. It prefers bright indirect light, direct sun can burn its foliage. Also avoid hard water which can stain its foliage. It likes humidity, high humidity (60–80%), which makes it an ideal plant for terrariums or tropical greenhouses. Its maintenance is easy if you respect heat and humidity.
