Asplenium nidus 'Cobra', also called the 'Cobra' bird's nest fern, is a spectacular variety of Asplenium known for its elegant habit and unique texture.
Its bright green, lustrous, and heavily undulating leaves form a dense rosette reminiscent of a nest, hence its common name. This 'Cobra' variety is distinguished by its more twisted and textured fronds than those of the classic form, giving an almost sculptural effect. Aspleniums are known as air-purifying plants. In its natural habitat, it can reach up to 1 m in height. It prefers bright, indirect light and high ambient humidity.
