The Lavender Tree is pruned on a stem to form a small, very fragrant ornamental tree. The leaves are fine, grey-green to silver, and very aromatic. The flowering consists of mauve, lilac, or purple spikes depending on the variety, with a soothing floral scent. In summer, it attracts pollinators when placed outdoors. It is also much happier outdoors, in full sun, from May to September. It is recommended to prune lightly after flowering. Never cut into hard wood (brown area without leaves); lavender will not grow back from there.

Warning! Risk of toxicity if ingested.
