Alocasia Scalprum has unique, textured foliage. The leaves are thick and leathery, shaped like a knife blade, hence the name Scalprum. We love its green color with metallic highlights. Alocasia prefers bright light and a tight pot. Alocasias are also very demanding in terms of water and fertilizer. During their growing season in summer, it is recommended to keep their soil slightly moist and fertilize regularly.
Caution! Risk of toxicity if swallowed. Alocasia sap contains oxalic acid - risk of irritation if it comes into contact with skin or eyes.
