Also called 'House Maple', due to its downy leaves similar to those of a maple. It grows very well as a houseplant and can reach up to 1.5 m in height. This plant is sensitive to sudden temperature changes and cold drafts. The 'white' variety corresponds to the color of its blooms. The solitary, bell-shaped flowers are a beautiful creamy white color. Flowering occurs in summer. To ensure abundant flowering, regular maintenance pruning is recommended.

Here are some tips for sizing:

  • Prune back lean plants in early spring.
  • Remove weak stems/shoots and then cut the stems back by a third of their length.
